On the 19th June, Mine Survey Plus rolled out our paid parental leave program for ALL staff that have been with us for more than 12 months.

With four weeks paid leave for full time staff and a week paid leave for casuals on top of any other allowances owing, we figure that having a child is pretty bloody exciting without having to worry about money.

Is it the most generous plan out there? No it’s not. Are we an ASX listed survey firm with millions to spare? Also no, but sustainably looking after the team is an absolute core value.
